Radio Traffic Assistant

Looking for a VERY detail-oriented and organized person to play dual roles for our company!

Spend part of your day scheduling on air commercials, promos and more using a radio specific software.  You need focus and ninja puzzle skills to work the logs per very specific requirements for each radio station.  These logs have very tight deadlines and require a lot of patience and flexibility to place the parts and pieces as new information and priorities become known.

Spend the other part of your day doing a variety of administrative tasks to improve the efficiency of our team!   Aid our busy Sales team by becoming the Order Entry EXPERT and handling client requests. Assist our Production staff in the workflow of orders.  And more!

Applicants need previous data entry and administrative experience with typical Microsoft Office products. An Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.   Wide Orbit software experience is a huge plus!
