This anonymous reporting method is an alternative to reporting an issue in person, allowing the company to receive information when a person may not feel comfortable coming forward. We also hope that it allows us to gain a better understanding of issues sooner and give us a chance to correct them earlier.
You can anonymously report an incident or unwelcome behavior here. Please provide as much detail as possible. Be aware, that depending on what information is shared, action steps may be limited. The best way to fully resolve a complaint is to report it to your Manager, the Market Manager or Human Resources so that a complete investigation can be done. The Human Resources department will determine appropriate next steps as required by relevant laws and policies.
