The Promotions Department at Federated Media, located in Mishawaka, IN, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become a part of our Events Team. Our six-radio station cluster is a force in the community, and we’re looking for fun, outgoing, energetic, and passionate individuals to be the face of our radio stations at live broadcasts, concerts, events, and more.
The ideal candidate is confident working both independently and in team settings, have effective communication skills, be able to problem solve, think on their feet, and adapt to a variety of situations.

- Help execute events from start to finish (coordinating with on-site contact, hanging banners, handing out station giveaways, interacting with listeners, setting up and breaking down tables, sound systems, tents, etc.).
- Capture event moments through photos, videos, and audio recordings to use for social media content and event recaps.
- Perform basic office administrative tasks, including contacting winners and managing guest lists.
- Maintain and operate station vehicles for event transportation.
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years or above.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and access to reliable transportation.
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs and load/unload event equipment.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening shifts, weekends, and select weekdays based on event schedule.
Hourly Compensation: $15
This is a part-time role, with work hours determined by the event schedule.
