Events Coordinator – Part time

Federated Media is currently accepting applications for the position of Events Coordinator for our South Bend Radio Group.
As Events Coordinator you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Working hand in hand with the Marketing & Promotion Director, Program Directors, General Sales Managers, and Account Executives to plan, schedule and execute stations events.
- Implementing Digital elements of events. (mobile, email, online, social media)
- Coordinating all vendor agreements and volunteers needed.
- Assist sales with client sponsorships and proposals.
Some requirements:
- Marketing Expertise specific to events
- Ability to communicate effectively with many different types of social styles
- Amazing organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in all application software
- Valid Driver’s license
